hi, can i get some advice here please my ex finished our relationship i have no idea why just said he loves me still but wants to remain friends
but than he goes and blocks me how can we ever be friends now if he does that, this was 2 weeks ago

last week i seeked comfort n my ex, it started off with just chatting and helping me out a shoulder to cry on he was being kind and we slept together and i regret it now especially as he gone distant on me now from texting everyday to only nothing in a week

and now possibly of pregnancy which will be my ex whos blocked me so noway to let him no

It's difficult to remain friends after having been in an amorous relationship with eachother.
Few people ever succeed in pulling this off.

But let me ask you this:
Is he the only one that can give you what you need? could no one else comfort you?
What about your parents, siblings, family members or friends?
Someone around who can be there to comfort you? even if just slightly. It would be better than nothing.

I suggest you to not expect so much of your ex, cause after all it is not his responsability to take care of your self, but it is your responsability.
Yet you do not have to do this alone, you do not have to take care of your well-being all by your self.
