Feeling Trapped....

hi everyone,

im new here so here it goes,

like the subject line says im feeling trapped in my relationship with my wife, and i just dont how
to go about telling her. so if there is anyone who has been through this then please help,

You didn't write much in terms of detail, so it's going to be difficult to offer much in the way of a reply.

The obvious question though -

If the situation was reversed, she was feeling trapped, what would you her to do?
