Yeah,it sucks,but I think it's worth it.I assume you've already at least looked at the medical problems. Ruptures, skin stretching (which will look worse with age), possibly not turning out in a way you like, etc. Loss of sensation. Breast feeding.
There's also a degree of correlation between breast augmentation and substance abuse or suicide, but they could both just be caused by the same underlying problems as opposed to the implants themselves.
It's very common in those circles I already mentioned,but yeah,most people think it's a bad thing.As I said,I wouldn't make it extreme or tell people unless necessary,so I think it's fine.Depending on where you live culturally it may be less desirable as well. I know the procedure is more common in some areas (Colombia), whereas I think it's a novelty or exception in a lot of other places.
