I do not know if telling her to go out again

3 years ago a girl in a tavern came to me because a boring man was chatting up with her, because of she was not interested in him she lied him and to run away from him saying "there is my boyfriend(me) so I will go there". But we did not meet before.
At that time we were talking for a moment.
Some months later I was alone in a subway station and by chance I bumped into her and she stayed with me in order I were not alone. She made me companionship.
I asked her to meet to take a coffee, but she denied it.

Since then, I always have liked her. I am thinking about telling her to go out again.
Would be a good idea to ask her again?. Maybe her feelings have changes.
