For every hand, there is a glove.
In other words, no matter what PD you have there will be someone who is attracted to you. It may very well be that is a person with a "complimentary" PD themselves - ie. it will be an unhealthy and dysfunctional relationship. But still a relationship.
In broader terms,
1. Being "evil" in a "bad boy" sense is typically a turn on for most women - but it depends how evil you are talking! Serial killer evil is dangerous and not attractive obviously. Evil being occasionally nice then nasty, manipulative, macho etc can be v. attractive.
2. People have a "worth" in the sexual market - the factors of importance depend on gender. For women, top of the characteristics is physical beauty which is of most importance to men. For men (ie. what women want), it's financial stability. Male factors typically are - wealth/financial stability - or if you are young, potential in this area; physical looks (particularly taller than the woman; broad shoulders, muscles)'; and sense of humor. Being a bit "macho" can't hurt either - ie. appearing to be in demand by other women.
