Hi Kann,
great that you can analize it and share it.
i would add, that sometimes a number of factors trigger these moments, and the body is all ready to react. so we must be watchful for the sake of our kids, to have enough quality sleep.
a good and balance diet, in few words, listening to our body.
the longer we wait ignoring the signals, the greater the crash.
i know because it has happened to me more than once.
the people that join this forum have symptoms that speak of a mental disorder or sickness. Many of us, like you try to find the circumstances that brought us to that moment. Often we find what triggered the breakdown. After a while we realize that there are things from our past that together with new things,
bring out things we did not know about ourselves....and it is ok.
the first thing is to stop being afraid of mental issues, then be ready to find out and to look for help when necessary....and that is how we move along.
have patience with yourself, there will be ups and downs, having a baby, your man's issues, your kids.
but if you think of the positive things, like your daughter reminding good things that bring out the values you want to give them...then the positive will outweight by large the negative
take care!
