Ladies is this a deal breaker?

Postby bob the brave » Wed May 22, 2013 10:21 pm

I am a guy in excellent physical shape. A couple years back, I got chicken pox as an adult. As an adult, CP can often be worse in some ways than getting it as a child.

I am perfectly over it, but it damaged the cranial nerves in my face which control facial expressions, your mouth and eyes. As a result, I look more tired and I slur my words a bit. Both only slightly and not 100% of the time.

I used to be very articulate, do impressions, accents and other stuff to be funny. I had a fairly commanding voice, if I desired to use it. Now it is difficult and I sometimes sound like an idiot.

In dating, could a woman look past this or would this pretty much quell any romantic mood?

What people key in on for their attractions is as varied as people themselves. My advice is socialize more online where you're writing and people get to know you, not how you sound or look or move, but rather the real you. Once people know you, the minor cosmetic stuff is easy as hell to overlook.
