Cant stop seeing my ex

Me and my boyfriend broke up because he isn't ready to settle down and he pretty much said he want to just have fun with other girls and not worry about anything !But at the same time he doesn't want to loose me and i dont want to loose him! so we been broken up for two month but it doesnt seem like it cuz i still go over his house. i have said that i dont want to do this anymore cuz it is messing up with my head. cuz i know that he has been talking to this girl quit a bit and it really hurts me and i keep on reading his texts that she sends him and email messages that they send each other. The worst part is he wont tell her that we are still hanging out and he is also taking her to prom. i know what iam doing wrong but for some reason i can't stop seeing him or talking to him and i don't know how to stop it!!

I really hate to give this staple answer right out of the textbook...but the truth is, as much as you may think you love him, what good does it do you if he doesn't feel the same way? You Want him to love you. You want him to care about you the way you do about him. But if he's not willing to do that, then he's probably not the one for you.

He's said he wants to have fun with other girls, which means he doesn't see you as the special person that you are. He's taking someone else to the prom, meaning that someone else has piqued his interest.

I should add that I know exactly how you feel, about him, and how you would like it to be between the two of you. It's really hard to let go. But keep in mind, that he's already let go of you. Do you really want to hang around only to possibly be his 'backup plan?' No, you deserve better.
