How I can stop being racist ?

I don't where else to put this topic,so here is my problem,I hate seeing men of other races dating white women,I saw this beautiful girl and she was dating a black man,I am so angry I am burning inside me,if we were not so "open"this would not happen,I know that white women dont like other races of men but when they are being raised with them they are exposed to them so they get used to them.
I also have problem seeing a lot of other races of people in countries ,if their population is not that big then I dont mind at all,I dont have problem hanging with other races of people, having friendships etc

I just dont like seeing white women dating other races!Any help please???

The title of your thread reads "How can I stop being racist?" which presumably means that you want to change.

Racism very often begets racism. No baby is born racist, but when a child is exposed to racist views from various sources such as their home, their environment and their peers, they can become indoctrinated. People can become afraid of what is unfamiliar and develop misinformed and stereo typical opinions, which can create fear and suspicion, and perhaps the answer to this is to challenge these stereo typical opinions and to become familiar with people from different ethnic groups. When two people fall in love, they fall in love with the PERSON, no matter what race they are. Racist views and opinions always need to be challenged, and perhaps you need to challenge your own? Perhaps by understand the source of them, you could challenge them? This is something that you could take up with a therapist. Yes, familiarity reduces racism and so does a true understanding of where these views came from.

What I like about this forum is that every post is taken on its merits, and a person is listened to based ON THE CONTENT OF WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY, with no other information about the person. We don't know the age of the person, the social class of the person, what they look like, how they sound, or what colour they are. For all you know, I could be brown, white, black, or mixed race. You don't know and have no way of knowing. What colour I am is irrelevant on the forum, and what is more important is how I conduct myself as a human being, how I relate to you, how I relate to others, and how you relate to me.

We are all members of the SAME RACE, which is the Human Race, and the diversity and also the similarities of us all are what make us beautiful as human beings.
