Problems with getting into relationship

I have some problems for which I will need some advices

Well,let's start
Actually,I am a guy which is kind of "popular",people wants me in their company,I have sense of humour which is one of things why they like me,also most of friends are asking me for advices many times,beside that I have job which is very nice and whic his not do-able by ordinary people.

But problem is coming when I am trying to get into relationship with girls which I know they like me.
Constantly I am getting rejected but I know they like me,and when I am starting that kind of conversation I am really polite but still...

So please if you know what should I do help me!

So, your job is not "do-able by ordinary people?" What makes you think you are different from "ordinary people?" Do you feel no one is as smart as you, or that everyone else is just a bunch of dumb idiots? Sounds like your over-inflated ego is running people off.

If a girl truly is attracted to you, then she wouldn't run for the hills so quickly. Either you are misreading their signals, or your cocky attitude rears its ugly head really quickly (haha, I think there was an unintended pun in that last phrase. lol).
