Is it normal to a RAD to try to kill someone?

Don't RADs try to kill people? I watched a video about a girl that wanted to kill her parents and I thought she had RAD. So I thought that I could meet someone here at the Reactive Attachment Disorder forum. I don't want to talk to psychopaths because I'm not one.
