Well, around August, I really liked this guy. At the time I was underaged and he was 19.
Things got out of hand one day and.. well I'm not sure if this is actually rape. He used his fingers, if you know what I mean. Would this be considered rape?

It is considered sexual assault- if you did not want him to use them on you....

I had a "friend" that did something similar to me. No means no, and anything besides "yes" means no. Yes it was rape, or at the very least, molestation and you need to get some counseling for it.

Well, there is more than one definition of rape, in some definitions of rape, that would be rape.
