Yes, I thought about that. So what would I do about that either. No, I went to bed and woke up about 3 minutes before midnight. It took me until about 4:00 am to get back to sleep. What about you?

Coincidentally, I also fell asleep at 4am (Irish time), but I also only went to bed at that time. During the actual cross-over from 2008 to 2009, I just watched a silly British TV show with my dad and one of my brothers. Unfortunately, both of them stayed up for another two hours afterwards! I generally prefer to be alone at night-time. Keep me posted about everything, guy3500.

I just made a note about it. If you do not contact me, then I will reply to this thread anyway to alert you. I don't mean to be pushy or nosey, but I am genuinely caring about how this case progresses because justice needs to be done, and all of the justice is on your side.

Just so you know a little more....I contacted someone that I was semi-involved with after I was questioned. I thought it would be good to have her for a character witness. Sometimes she is willing to be a witness...sometimes it is like she is thinking we will be in a relationship if she does this for me. I have told her "NO". It still comes up between conversations with her. Then my ex wife, called me a couple of months ago. I haven't heard from her in over 20 years. I thought she would be a witness also. Now she is acting the same way...thinking we are going to get together if she helps me. I don't want them to go to the other side (prosecution). I tell them we are not in a relationship and I don't want one. It is scary.

Hi,

Even if they don't wish to be your character witnesses, I doubt that they would all-of-a-sudden turn against you by siding with your current 'partner' in her case against you. I mean, if they did that, then they would be effectively lying allso as they would have absolutely no proof and would be just going on the word of your 'partner'. What I'm saying, is, don't worry about it. You should talk to your lawyer about any character witness that you wish to contact, before contacting them

guy3500, I thought only I said such statement like that! I'm joking, but I do get teribly stressed at times. So, I know what you are talkin' about here. If you tink it will help you, go to your GP to see if anything can be done. Stress can be dealt with through medication if you feel that it's so bad that it is interfering with your quality of life.

I don't want to start taking medication. I did not do anything to deserve this. I want to be on my toes at all times about it. If I don't think about it, how will? It sucks but, I have to deal with it. Taking medication will drown it out. I don't feel that would be good to do.

Ok, well, there isn't long to go until Friday. Just put your head down, grit your teeth, and it will all be over in no time. Did you ever notice how time flies back so ffast that we don't even realise it... ...? This is what will happen in this case. It will be over in no time. Just don't let it drag down your morale and affect other key areas of your life.
