Yes its a sexual assault if you didnt have time to say NO yes its a sexual assault if you were drugged and didnt know what was going on, yes its a sexual assault if someone video taped you nude or having sexual relations with someone else without your permission, yes its a sexual assault if you did not intend to have sex that night or ever and someone did it anyway, It is sexual assault if one of both parties were not interested in sex did not verbally state lets just make all sexual encounters with any former victim a yes or no rule book, if you were abused or raped as I have been have a yes I want sex or otherwise its no as a given law with any other human beings.

rainn.org is also a very good site. They have a chat window thingee where you can talk to a counselor live and they also have a national phone line where you can call in and just say whatever you feel like saying. You're not forced to say anything until you're ready to. Sometimes the biggest fear one has after an attack, is that you'll be pushed to do all these legal things, tell you're story to strangers over and over. But it doesn't have to be like that.
