My Story... Thoughts or advice?

i did the court things when i was 13 so it was probably more scary than it will be for an adult . my only advice is be ready for the defense people to do anything they can to make you look bad. they will try to drag up anything they can ,heck they even used my school records to try to make me look like the bad guy . i had a couple of fights in school so that turned into me being a disclipine problem ,i had been molested before but didn't tell .their shrink said i had to tell them about the previous abuse ,found out later they lied .it's not gonna be easy for sure .also don't be disappointed if he's found guilty and the sentence stinks .as much as i want you to nail his butt ,just remember one day he will get out unless the world comes to it's senses and they give him life. point is even if you do nothing he will be out there right?
