The reason I am getting them dropped is because I finally got to talk to my detective last night.
I am generally a nice person...but I'm about to explode. The law is so messed up and is only meant to protect them, not me.
The detective last night told me "the problem I am having with your case is you went there willingly and you never once told them you were leaving...and you never faught back..."

I told him I was in too much shock. He said "yeah, that's usually the excuse"

Excuse? Hello! I was in SHOCK! I could not believe what was going on. I also found out that they haven't interviewed any of the guys.
So it's very clear that I mean NOTHING...and I don't want to risk my life or my families lives because the police are worthless

at least you filed the charges..there IS a record of it now so if he violates someone else..the charges will stick. I was gonna do a background check on mine nationwide to see if he had been charged with rape before. I know that one of his exes had a restraining order against him.

sorry the cop was a jerk. the way i usually deal with such people is mirror their insensitivity...let 'em know they dont intimidate me and I can play the game too
