So my therapist relocated two weeks ago. I have been working with her for four years and she offered to continue seeing me via Skype. I also wanted to continue seeing her, so I agreed. I had my first skype session with her today and am worried.
First, I had some technical difficulties immediately. I kept thinking my family would come home and overhear the conversation. I feel like I can't connect with her as much over Skype. However, I am very close to my therapist and the thought of switching makes me very upset. Anybody?

Does your family not know you're seeing a therapist? That might be something to considering talking about with your therapist and / or them.
Considering them walzing into the room -> lock the door.
Considering connecting with her -> close your eyes ^^.
