So for the past two weeks or so, I havent been getting the same amount of sleep as usual. I usually wake up for school at around 9 and have tough time doing so, but lately I've been waking up at 8. And then on Saturday and Sundays I usually wake up at like 11am, but have been waking up at about 9 or so.
What possible reasons could this be? By my last class I am half awake and my grades in that class have been suffering.
And also, today in my game I was horribly tired and fatigued alot more than usual. Could this be because of lack of sleep?
And for example, it is nearing 10pm right now and my eyes already feel tired...

Hey, pantherlax! Maybe you're going through a stressful time right now or something happened recently. You can try to talk about it and see if you can sleep better.
You could also exercise a little bit during the day and have some warm tea before bed.
