I am a mother of two and I had them back to back and already heavy to began with. So I know what a challenge it is to lose your baby fat. I didn’t want to spend a whole lot of money for any of the "fad" diets and I wanted to get my family to eat healthier. I am still in the process of losing my weight and I will tell you it works.

Be involved in lots of activities as a form of exercise. If you are preparing healthy meals for your family, then you're on your way to losing the fat. Just remember to lose more than what you take in.
