the YouTube videos say you never fully recover.
even chat gpt said you never recover from sex abuse/narc abuse.
it's been more than a decade since I had the nervous breakdown. after years of therapy I accepted there is no recovery. so why try living anymore
abusers won, I lost..
even novel on narc abuse... in fountainhead the evil tells to his victim: you know what I did to you n you can't let go. you've followed me in the name of ideals you'll continue following me. that's all your good for.
even I'll never recover. there goes my life.
