Hello,after covid 19 restrictions situation back in 2020,after i got drugs with seroxat and effexor for 1,5 year,i saw my metabolism and my body gain in just a few months 12-15kg up from normal and BMI explosing to 29-30.Also diagnosed with hashimoto Hypothyroidism which ruined my metabolism too.
From then,i couldn't easily lose overweight and gain easy weight,neither could keep self discpline so to
have a basic healthy routine with gym and healthy nutrition.
Now,i have to push my self for that step,so i need to start a plan with calorie deficit,has anyone tried before to explain how to get it work in a daily basis?
