Here are some very unpopular opinions that I hold that I feel the need to share with you people,
I hope that this post doesn't get deleted, but I've never seen such an Anti-Psychiatry section of a forum such as this except maybe that Reddit group, but I just felt the need to really get this stuff out right now to people..I'm gonna try to keep the language clean as best as I can too..
I have been diagnosed as having Schizo-Effective and Bipolar disorder before, and have been on 4 years worth of forced-psychiatric injections..I've also had very bad social anxiety in the past and there were times where I could barely function, you want to know what actually ended up helping me and well as what some of the views I hold are?..I'm about to go off on it..
I hate psychiatry with a passion, I refuse to take anymore of their chemical poison crap
that they call 'medications'..You want to know what ended up actually helping me in the end?...
Getting to a point where I've finally had enough #######4 and then would Resolve to give it everything I got and do whatever it takes to change the situation just forcing myself to go out into the world and getting my ass beat by it and developing a tougher skin, working out and fitness, boxing and martial arts helped me alot too to get physical fitness and confidence and fighting ability, which can be very big in overcoming social-anxiety knowing that you could probably just kick that other person or people's asses, then not having any kind of what you might all a 'victim-mindset', because the harsh truth is that nothing is ever probably going to change in your life if you have one..
I hope that this post doesn't get deleted, but if you people ACTUALLY want to get better in some way and see some improvements, then I think that you should consider what I said here, because this is just what worked for me after alot of trial and error and it has been 'battle-tested' in the trenches there too trust me..
