I'm not too bright

Postby Kenneth » Sat Jun 30, 2012 1:33 am

Today, I had a watermelon rind that I needed to throw away. The trash can did not have a plastic bag around it, so I almost decided to wait for one to be placed. It was only a few seconds later than I realized that I can easily put in the bag myself. That is something I should have realized immediately.

I'm not too bright. This is upsetting. I also have trouble controlling my actions. This is also upsetting.

You are not alone. I often have those moments of slow thinking. I think, this may be a coping strategy to disconnect from reality. I don't think it has anything to do with how smart you are.
