I am having trouble controlling my emotions. One minute, I'm extremely happy, the next minute I'm incredibly angry. Both emotions make me feel like doing things I will regret.
For example, I felt extremely happy coming to this message board. However, when the site had trouble loading, I suddenly switched to extreme anger. This is incredibly abnormal and potentially dangerous. If I switch emotions within literally two seconds, then there is something seriously wrong with me.

Hi, Kenneth! Do you have a therapist? What do they think about this?
What about the situation makes you angry, the frustration or is it something else?
forum-rules.phpI am sorry I am not on the forum as much as I used to be, if I do not reply to you quickly, please contact another moderator/supermod/admin as well.
