I can't help but feel that bad things will happen. There are infinite situations. I can't process them all. I don't know what to do.

Do you know anything about mindfulness Kenneth? It is about staying in the moment and not giving into thinkig about other things. You might find it very useful to do some research on it. It can be very soothing too.

I hate to say it but that is life, A infinite number of bad things can happen.
I know with my own life that lots have, And if I focused only on what has or could possibly happen i would probably be in a padded room.
But on the other side of things a infinite number of good things can also happen.
Have you heard of the laws of attraction? Basically what you put out into the world will come back to you. So if all you do is focus on the bad, well bad things are going to happen. But if you focus on all the positive happy things in life your life will be filled full of positivity and happiness.
It's all about where & how you focus your energy.
Contradiction is not a sign of falsity, nor the lack of contradiction a sign of truth.
Your birth is a mistake you'll spend your whole life trying to correct.

Dichotomy, I think you just solved this particular problem. You're right. An infinite amount of bad things can happen to anyone. Thinking about all of them are starting to make me go insane too.
That said, I still have trouble getting over the past. I've toughed it out for a long time, but I'm starting to break down.
