Sibling was obsessing over the beast b4 committing suicide

Postby david439 » Thu Oct 13, 2011 6:52 am

Was it that she had become depressed, possibly over other things, and was reliving all her negative memories?

I think I can maybe understand it a bit now. I'm depressed over other things, and am for some reason thinking about the beast and getting angry even though I usually feel sorry for it.

My non-bipolar parent doesn't even seem to care that my sister died. My parents p*** me off.

Okay, I'll stop ranting now.

Reading through the bipolar forum is making me want to kick a hole in the wall. To be clear, I wouldn't kick anyone or anything. It's just making me mad though.

David I am so sorry you are hurting. If the bipolar forum triggers you then please consider avoiding it.

Thinking of you

I'm sorry to hear of your sister's death. It is impossible to know what is going through another person's mind when they decide to take their life. It is impossible to know exactly what issues drove them to taking that action, there may have been many things that contributed, not just the behaviour of the bipolar person.

I think it is a good idea for you to not read the bipolar forum. It sounds as if it is triggering a lot of anger within you. I think it is important for you not to read that forum so that you are able to feel more peaceful. Fortunately the people who are on the bipolar forum are people who are working to resolve their issues so that should give you some hope that other people won't go through the same unfortunate experience that you have had. Have you considered seeing a therapist to help you with the remaining issues you are left with from having contact with this person?
In a way, I am not defined by my dissociation. In a way, I am.
