Hi, I don't know what to tell you how to trust anymore, because I feel like you do, hard to trust, and don't see a future. Hope you feel better, and for what it means coming off a forum from a stranger, *hugs*

Hi Cinder, maybe part of this has to do with the fact that you haven't fully recovered from all that you went through yet. It is still so raw for you right now. Thats why it is never wise to start a new relationship with anyone until you have come to terms with the last one.
I thought for years that sex was about someone taking something from me. I now see that it doesn't have to be. A person can have sex as a connection and it can become about sharing a private bond, that includes gentleness and trust.
For me this was difficult to learn, as I was always looking for a hidden agenda. I had to learn my own self worth before I could expect anyone else too. Once I knew my value, I wasn't prey anymore.
Give your self some time to process things, you never know what you'll know tomorrow right?
Luv ya Tristin,
