For, hours I have been feeling guilty for what has happened to me to the point where it is a symptpm of PTSD.
I think I may actaually end up fainting tonight as a result of the guilt, and as a symptom of PTSD.
How do I prevent fainting?
What should I do if I do end up fainting?

Crystals, I'm sorry I didn't reply sooner! Are you ok? I don't think you'll faint, don't worry.
Why do you feel guilty? You have nothing to feel guilty about.

I feel guilty cause of what happened to me, and about how I couldn't help the person enough who did it to me, to prevent him from doing it to me.
Do, I feel ok? Nope.

It's not your fault you couldn't prevent it, it wasn't your responsability. By "help him" do you mean "make him better"? He is the only one who could have stopped himself.

What I meant by help him, was to make him feel better.

You couldn't have made him feel better. You know, when someone's been abused, it's possible for them to feel like it wasn't a big deal or to even feel compassion for the abuser because that's how their mind tries to protect them from what happened, so the whole situation doesn't seem that threatening.
