I have to tell everyone who is healing from abuse (like me)
About a book that recently changed my life.
It's called The Sculptor in the Sky

It is by A woman named Teal Scott (who survived 13 years of ritual torture and programming)
She has healed and become a spiritual leader. But this book completely transformed my feelings of victim hood. I felt good about being alive after reading it for the first time in 20 years.

I highly recommend it
you can find it here...

The author's web site is great too. She'll answer questions about anything.

Thank you for posting this, and thank you whom ever approved it. I am a survivor of abuse and have many wounds that keep getting opened back up and it is very frustrating when all you want is to just lead a normal life with normal relationships but the crap from your past keeps surfacing. I need as much support and love as one can handle...

I am a survivor of abuse. I was abused as a child, in my teens, and as an adult. I went through life always looking for love. It was just recently that I found what I've been searching for all these years. I began to love myself. I first forgave myself for all the abuse I received growing up and in my later years. Forgiving myself made me realize it wasn't my fault the abuse happened. Since I forgave myself I began to love myself. I've become a better mother and wife since I've learned to love myself. I don't focus on my past anymore. However, I still see the people that abused me,(they'll always be in my life) but I am no longer under their control. Loving myself has helped me to let go off all that pain I felt. I see myself differently now and look forward to experiencing life.
