I think most people think they are the only one's who feel alone and misunderstood. At this time frame, the hormonal things going on in a teen age body can make depression even worse. You do need to speak with a professional, to help you through all you feel. Sometimes, it takes a few tries to find the right counselor, please do not give up on trying to make yourself happy. Brighter days will come and there will always be dark ones too, it's part of living. It's human nature to always focus on the negatives, because the negatives are the ones that make a harder empact on us. Do you go outside often, sunshine helps fight depression. You will make friends, but first you got to perk up, it's hard to make friends if your going around looking pissed off and that is true for anyone.
By the way, depression often brings out our cranky side and say things we do not mean, you may need some medicines by the doctor to help pull you up out of the hole you feel your in.
