What is depression, well depression to me is lack of expression. is this pain in your soul thats creating some tension. It's lacking the vitality to carry out your dreams. It's the feeling that everything isn't as it seems. a feeling of worthlessness and being all alone. it's the feeling that you're just a lifeless pointless drone. this feeling that you're never the best, its this empty feeling deep inside of your chest, and a feeling that makes you think about your life and second guess. Now what is anxiety, anxiety is this constant feeling of panic. got all these worries and they make you ######6 manic. panic is the fear of doom that is ever near. anxiety is the feeling of being uncomfortable around your peers. anxiety can be a blessing and a curse, it's this feeling that things are always going to get worse. but it can be a blessing though, it shows you the people who truly care and won't let go. combine these two together and you start feeling lost, makes me shudder to think about all the lives these two have cost. It's not all gloom though these things make you who you are, even if they have given you a whole lot of scars. they give you a deeper understanding of pain. it helps you relate to the people we label insane. it doesn't have to be a life sentence though we can make a change, because for every yin there is surely a yang. is there a cure? for that i don't know, but you can help yourself out if you just go with the flow.
