do I exist?
the arrow is released
the spider jumps on the bee
there you are!
Scheherazade points to a pearl on the necklace

the arrow is released
my aim was premature
i find myself flying

soaring free light
strings hum delight
might of night-dread it's fight
bite the sight of blind flings
singing wing never mind him
kings crown: her priestly robes
a harlots gaze, soft ear lobes wed
dazzle meat; wear your feet
tears sour unless shed sweet

A harlots gaze, soft ear lobes wed
Do you prefer whores in your bed?

Take them, break them, cut them loose
Until their necks are in a noose

In the morning, claim no regret
And yet you still act upset?

Face me if you dare, my morning star
I'll always see you for who you are.

You cannot deceive me

you cannot deceive me:
queenbee, see, she forgot the fee
to pay the boatman for his deed;
don't say please, just lay-on your back, *wack wack!*
take it, don't fake it, please make it-to meet me-between bed sheets n fleet ing breaths,
breasts; sweat ing eyes rolled back pool ing wet

flee me beast with your dirty feet,
your broken soul wish-ing for a meet dish-hot-but served cold
not sold your soul for gold but it's white mould
"told you so"; they scowl with envy at those so bold
exposing their necks out-vomiting their guts out-counting coins and pimping themselves out

it's a transaction-a reaction-Airy-fairy cautionary;
scream me silent feelings-but not their meaning
pretend to mend
my heart with darts
and silly farts; willy, nilly art
"can you keep arp?" she asks
"what do you want? to smell my tart?
my pretense or my heart?
do you want to squash me or crush me?
my body awash or to love me?"

Flee me, beast, with your dirty feet
Far into the freezing heat;
For I'll tell a story never told
It's one I learned at 5 years old

It happened one fine day, late at night
Two dead boys squared up to fight;
Back-to-back, they faced each other,
Drew their swords to shoot each other.

Two brave townsmen referred
Both were blind and couldn't see;
They observed the boys for foul play
And watched as both rest to lay

Out of day's darkness, a lame mule galloped by--
The mule kicked the blind men in the eye;
Knocked them through a nine-inch wall
Down dry ditch and drowned them all.

A deaf policeman heard the noise
And came to arrest the two dead boys;
If you don't believe this story’s true
Ask the blind men - they saw it too!

It's supposed to say 'refereed'

Autocorrect ruined a few lines

Autocorrect ruined a few lines
"mine!" she pines-do dine on my fine wine
I'm her automatik, mechanic-al manical muse
seeing believing signs

Hello, I would like to share too.

As the faded day, tip-toed into the night, slumber came upon me and I found myself in flight!
Flying over the desert low, all around and below, were hills and sands of burnt umber.
And above, the purple night sky revealed twinkling stars without number!
My Soul was soaring fast, my Soul was bursting with glee, my body was opaque like a Spirit-
A Spirit set free. . .

Hello, I would like to share too
Is what you’d say if I hadn’t interrupted you
Something wrong with you?
You don’t get social cues?
This thread’s “Pick a line from the poem above”
Now you know what to do
