Loosing Weight

Hi
I have a problem regarding loosing weight constantly from last 3 months?
Please suggest something to get rid of this.

Hi Robinson123.

I think you are saying the problem is you are losing weight and when you don't want to.

My serious answer: If you can't think of reason for this, it's probably best to see a doctor. Unexplained weight loss, especially if it's a significant amount of weight, can be indicative of an underlying medical condition.

My not-serious answer:
I recommend a slow steady gorging process combined with assal horizontology. :lol: (And, if you don’t understand this, I'm actually quoting Dr. Nick Riviera from 'The Simpsons' and you can safely ignore it.)

Hello Guys i think that losing the weight is not a very big issue like if you are fat and really want to lose your maximum weight which you feel a great burden on your health then its best for you that you should doing exercise.I think that running is one of the beat exercise through which you can lose your maximum weight rapidly as compared to other exercises.Dieting is another great source of losing the weight.

By following some easy steps you can loose your weight like:
Keep your own personal food diary
Avoid oily food
Avoid skipping meals
Drink lot of plenty water
Eat fresh fruit
Avoid chocolates and junk food
Do exercise regularly

May be it will help you.
