The best way to gain weight is to eat much, twice as you do in your daily life. take a long sleep for hours and hours after having your dinner. Do not do much exercises and sports. Any kind of sport or exercise will never make your weight fall down so avoid doing it. Join gym and do the weight lifting exercises for one hour or more.

The best weight gain plan is to eat diet with full of carbohydrates and vitamins.because carbohydrates helps for weight gain.

Is there a way to gain weight without eating too much? I have a fast metabolism and its hard for me to gain weight but it's also really hard to eat too much because it makes me sick, sometimes I don't want to eat at all. What should I do?

Ps. I have no problem on drinking and eating juicy things like fruit all day, but all the other food I can't really stand it... hehe

For gaining weight it is good to eat high calories food. Protein is also good source of energy. Egg has lot of protein so it is good to eat an egg daily for gaining weight.
