Are you able to PM me some of the links to helpful videos ? I seem to have plantar fasclitis too. I am assuming its a problem with my walking or neurological and muscle. I have a lot of stiffness in my joints and muscles everywhere. Sometimes more pain. I sound like an 80 year old woman with severe rheumatoid problems lol but my GP is a dope and i am desperate to get more energy and pain free back. I want to work and be normal but this chronic pains that keep spreading and hurting limit this and make me 90.
thanks.

Hi rebba

I had good results with the advice in this Youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tz2CAHJG ... re=related

The "bible" for the treatment of sciatica/lower back pain is a very inexpensive and widely available book:

http://www.booktopia.com.au/treat-your- ... 50405.html

I found this website really useful for understanding causes of problems and treatment options too (including plantar fasciitis).
