It is important to eat healthily and exercise. But dont take things to the extreme, you do not want to go too far the other way.

For loose weight, exercise is the best. You can do walking, swimming and many more but I think swimming is the best because in it we have to use our whole body so it is good for loosing weight.

Some effective and natural weight loss tips are
Avoid all fat foods and fast foods.
Take low card diet
Eat raw vegetables and fresh fruits
Drink plenty of water in a day
Make regular exercise plan.

Nice sharing.
I think losing weight fast is very hard, but running helps! you have to do more than half a mile though, try to stay away from the junk food, eat less carbs, drink water! no sugary drinks.
