Healthy breakfast helps you in refuels your body, and benefit your overall health. Breakfast gives you a chance to start your
day with a healthy and nutritious meal. Take more vitamins and minerals, Eat less fat and cholesterol. Avoid the cholesterol,
which may reduce your risk of heart disease
So do not skip breakfast it may be more important than you think.

Fruit for breakfast is good source of vitamins. Plus carbs and sugar which will give you energy for the day.

I find muesli is a good long acting energy source (when I remember to buy milk!)

You should add these thing for tthe healthy Breakfast
Whole grains like
Rolls, bagels, cereals, low fat bran muffins, crackers, or Melba toast.
Low fat protein such as peanut butter, lean meat, poultry or fish, or boiled eggs.
Dairy like milk, yogurt and low-fat cheeses, such as cottage and natural cheeses.
This breakfast will provide you complex carbohydrates, fiber, protein and a small amount of fat.

This is what i am looking for a healthy diet for breakfast. I take yogurt daily in breakfast. I am vegetarian so i dont take eggs and fish but i will try to include other things you specify here in my breakfast.

Healthy breakfast is very important because many people are goes to their job after directly eating their breakfast and they take their dinner in office so for that breakfast help them to give energy while they do not get their breakfast. Take energetic breakfast so it will give extra energy.

A healthy breakfast is necessary for good health and fitness.
Our breakfast must contains:
Apple,
Milk,
Bread,
Eggs,
Yogurt,
and
Fresh fruits juices.
