Not sure where you are getting your info from but a healthy breakfast does not need to contain the list you have above

Breakfast is very important for us to get us going. A healthy breakfast keep us active all day and take away the sleep and tiredness with it. A toast with a glass of juice can be a healthy breakfast. Avoid eating too much oily food in your breakfast.

My breakfast always starts with the same thing, no matter what: A big glass of water.
For me, this is like an alarm clock to my body, the hydration signalling that it's time to ramp up.
This is always followed by a basic breakfast consisting of a few ounces of a protein and either fruit or other carb. This will most often be either egg whites or some pork or chicken I can quickly reheat. Most days I'll have a banana as well on my way out the door.

I have been going with plain oatmeal with milk and put it in the microwave to heat. Then I put banana slices, raisins, and blueberries on it! So amazing and so good for you!
