Eat a good diet and do a regular exercise for good health.our body need's protein and nutritions to fight against dangerous disease.so we should eat a food with vitamins.

I would share the tips which I have adopted to keep my self fit and active. Good health requires some work to do like,
1. Take a good sleep of 6 or 7 hours at night.
2. Get up early in the morning and go in the fresh air.
3. Drink a lot of water.
4. Avoid Smoking.
5. Do not use drugs.
6. Avoid oily and faty foods.
7. Join Gym or do some kind of sports daily.
8. Have some gap in your meals.
9. Do not drink alcoholic drinks.

Good health requires a proper balanced diet and good exercises, if you're not paying attention to any of them you wont' get any good results. Drink a lot of water as it helps to clean the stores calories stored in our tummy and keeps our blood circulations working properly, it prevents obesity and fatness. Make usage of green vegetables and fresh fruits as they are rich in vitamins and minerals and are easily digested. Do exercises and be on your feet most of the time.

No doubt in that, for good health and fitness food and exercise both are very important.
Food provides us the required energy and exercise make that energy a part of our body. For good physical health and fitness we must care about our food balance. Don't eat one type of food too much just for the sake of taste. High protein foods are good for muscle's strength.
