Tips for good health

In this thread, I am going to share few tips for good health. You can suggest more if you know, more tips are always welcome. Here are the tips:
1. The very first step which is recommended by everyone is drink plenty of water.
2. Eat several times in a day.
3. Take proper amount of protein in your diet.
4. Do regular exercise to keep fit.
5. Use green vegetables in your meal.
6. Eat according to season.
This not only keep you healthy but also make you fit.

These tips are quite beneficent for the good health.I think we should fallow these tips to
live a healthy life. Because these things have direcet impact on our healthy life.

Increase good fats and good carbs in your diet. Some of the standard nutritional advice of the past is undergoing change. And this is particularly true in the growing emphasis on making a distinction between good fats and carbs — such as omega-3 fatty acids and whole grains, which should actually be increased in our diet — and bad fats and carbs, such as saturated fats and highly refined grains, which of course should be decreased. In other words, just "cutting down" on fats and carbs is not precise enough anymore.

My big tip for good health is to just stop worrying.

Laugh a lot and laugh often! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Not worrying to much about your diet. Some people are naturally heavier. That doesnt mean your unhealthy. As long as you eat a decent diet, and do some exercise, your body will fill you out to its 'genetic' healthyweight. some people are healthier at 220 pounds than thye would be at 180. Then some people are healthier at 160 pounds than they would be at 190.

Just eat good, do some exercise and dont worry about weight.

Any vegetable which has detoxifying effect on your body will surely burn some fat in your body. Especially vegetables which are taken in raw state are good for fat burning as they make your appetite vanish but digest quickly to make room for the fats to burn to fulfill calorie needs for your body.

Hi dear,
Follow these tips for good health.

Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil
Keep your environment neat and clean.

1. Exercise is always very good for our health.
2. Yoga and Pranayam also very make healthy for our body.
3. Walk regularly.
4. Drink more and more water.
