I know some valuable tips for healthy life. I am mentioning this serially.
1. Meditation. Very effective for healthy life.
2. Yoga. Daily 30 minutes any time.
3.Breath. Take air until filling abdomen. This process for 100 times.
4.Eating habit. Eat and fulfill our belly 1/3 by foods, 1/3 by water and rest keep empty.
This will lead a life healthy.
