Healthy lifestyle is what each and everybody is looking for , Healthy lifestyle is the most satisfying and beneficial thing, what everybody aims for. Here are a few tips for Healthy Lifestyle. These tips will keep you fresh and energetic whole day. These tips are essential which you need to follow, for Healthy Lifestyle.
1) Early Wake up - Wake up early in the morning. Waking up early will gives you a fresh start to the new day and you can enjoy the sunrise and really connect with nature.

2) Meditate – Meditation is very important. It keep you away from stress. Meditating early morning daily can be the most blissful and life changing practices you can do and will also give you the clarity, focus, and extra energy needed for the rest of the day.

3) Yoga – Yoga is the best way to keep you healthier. By doing Yoga regularly you wil for sure get a Healthier Lifestyle. Performing yoga postures such as the Sun Salutation can really increase overall well-being, energy, focus, and revitalization to all the body organs.

4) Eat 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day – Do not eat once or twice in day.Eeating less quantity yet more frequent meals throughout the day can provide you with constant energy to keep you alert and focused throughout the day.

5) Drink 2 liters of water –Start your morning by drinking water in the morning. You need to drink at least 2 liters of water in a day. Drinking plenty of water between meals and throughout the day will keep you hydrated and well balanced.

6) Exercise - Join a Gym near your place.Performing cardio and weight training sessions every other day for 20-30 minutes per day can aid in weight loss, increased energy, increased strength, and decrease your chance for any major diseases.

There are many things one can do to live a healthy lifestyle but the goal is to be as balanced in your approach as possible. Being balanced in your work and activities, and doing the things you love to do creatively will ultimately lead to true healthy living. Lookout for healthier lifestyle tips!

Thanks for your advices...Regular exercise is a good habit to stay healthy. Herbs keep diseases away from us, Fruits provide us vitamins and nuts provides us protien. Your body needs at least one day a week to do any exercise to recharge the batteries.

I agree with them to a certain extent.

Getting up to see the sunrise, no matter how much I keep doing it to get into that schedule...I always end up feeling so fatigued. If I get up at 9 or 9:30, I feel refreshed all day long and I can connect with nature during the sunset. Some people are geared toward morning people and others, like me, are 2nd shift people. My advice would be to get up at the time that makes you feel best all day.

You don't always have to join a gym to exercise. Some people aren't too crazy about the gym atmosphere. If you are like me, you'll like to take walks and dance. whatever you like to do, do.

I used to go to the gym all the time but I got tired of the social scene, the narcissistic body building b.s., the self-conscious people constantly looking in the mirror and doing exercises that are not good for their joints or tendons.

So, I still go for the cardio equipment and do mat exercises, such as sit ups. I stay out of the weight room and go swimming as well as bike riding instead. I've kept the same muscle mass as when I did weights but I am supple and have more endurance! I stretch too.

Thanks for the tips; I think they're all very good.

I heard something interesting one time from a person in a health food/vitamin store:

"Vegetables heal and fruits cleanse."

what really helped me get healthy was to go semi-vegetarian

ie removing almostall meat, chicken and dairy products

the first effects were an increase in focus and concentration. I felt so much clear in my head it was scary. Then I felt as if I had more energy and motivation to do things.

When having red meat, it just makes you feel really heavy and slow on the inside.

so my recommendation is to go semi-vegetarian or try it for a week or two to notice the effects - you wont regret it

obviously it might be hard but it really helps you to feel great about life
