Hi guys....
Vegetable plays a vital role to reduce the weight but we should use the certain quantity of vegetables with fruit as well as their
juices.... Users of vegetables maintain the quantity of proteins easily that is good for health....

Through eating vegetables can help you to decrease your weight but today not even vegetables pure even if they directly from the tree or plant or anywhere else. Because in vegetables there might be chemical and other harmful liquid which have been used.So my advice to you that eat vegetables after boiling it.Thus way chemical and whatever other liquid burn some way and this is not harmful to your health.
