I'm sorry to hear that - I can relate, as I've got several diagnoses too, both mental & physical: Primary Ovarian Failure (my ovaries have never been seen & it's speculated they may have never been there in the first place - I've been on HRT since I was 17), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (Hypermobility type), CFS/ME, Wolf-Parkinson-White Syndrome (a heart rhythm disorder) & Chronic Colonic Inertia which has led me to have an ileostomy. I also have anxiety, depression, AvPD and C-PTSD. It's a struggle! Yet we are still here! I find for me that the support of family & friends (I only have a few, but that's OK) has been crucial. Also prayer and meditation. Pacing myself is very important. Have you found anything which helps you?

Depleted body functions and the attendant worry that goes with day-to-day living are a double-edged sword.
I have good days and bad days. I try to repeat what I did on the good days to get through another bad day.
Aches and pains are normal. A hot shower helps. Doc says that I'm riddled with arthritis and to keep moving. Although I can't take it regularly, a hot cup of tea or Theraflu and warm sheets helps before bedtime.
The same medication that I took for depression also helped me with the anxiety and panic.
No alcohol and occasional coffee for me. I watch my salt and sugar intake. It is about taking care of myself everyday, one day at a time.
Best of luck to you. :D
