Shaking in my hands... mainly just the right.

I dont know if this is physical or psycological. But my hands - Normally just the right one but sometimes both - constintlly shake off and on for idk.. sometimes 2 or 3 hours... sometimes only 45 min.s normally its just my right hand.. Im not taking any drugs or meds or drinking at all.
What the hell is it? A tick.. Im not nervous about anything too much. Sure Im under stress but this started alone time ago before I was stressed out. Stress doesnt seem to make it any better or worse.
Its like a constint tremor running throw my right hand that stops about mid arm before the elbow.
What is it?

Are you taking any medications? Some medications can have this as a side effect. Have you been able to bring this up with your doctor? Perhaps they might have some ideas as well.
