Is all that stuff true that they won't help pay for your funeral, that doctors won't try as hard to save you? that they won't do proper burial arrangements afterwards?
my coworker told me this. i don't know if I'm naive to what REALLY goes on in the world or if thats complete b.s.

I don't think it would be true, but maybe you could check by asking the organisation/department that manages organ donation in your country. Let us know if you get any answers.
No diagnosis, lots of opinions, and a bunch of issues that I haven't quite figured out.
