I don´t know about passive-aggressive personality. Just judging by the name and your description, I´d say that you don´t have it. Arguing openly for example wouldn´t be considered passive. You´d be more likely to procrastinate talking about the subject then.
What you describe, from my unprofessional point of view, could be indicative of quite a few things. In this case knowing more about the Why and How would be important. Why do you avoid work for example? Are you afraid of making mistakes or do you feel beyond it? Both could cause you to dislike work, but would be indicative of completely different character traits and problems.
You might want to look into narcissistic behaviour. It doesn´t have to be the full-blown PD, traits of it would still be able to make interpersonal interaction difficult.
