Hi Joan, I do relate because I also have maladaptive patterns of thinking that cause my other problems, maybe different ones to some of yours, but I do relate to having problems because of deeply engrained patterns of thinking. I hope you get your head round some of yours soon, as I am also trying to do with some of mine, I am also waiting for proper treatment now.

Yeah I am gonna try bringing this up I guess...maybe print off some of this.


I kinda started getting treatment, but everything is confusing me. And I feel like giving me meds ans then waiting 2 weeks makes no sense....I do not knoe whst those people are thinking.
