Johnny cash is so good

Today is a johnny cash day. I'm just laying in bed w my daughter. I don't even want to talk to my employees. Is it normal to just roll your eyes whenever an employee texts or calls? I think that would be some sort of avoidant or anxiety or something? I just don't want to deal with whatever they want and it's usually stupid and could have been done without calling me. I must be tough to work for. But most seem to like me. It's either a love or hate type situation.
