I have that same exact fetish, maybe not as extreme, but I have done that pillow thing multiple times. I don't feel you should be ashamed about it. I have it and I also have a girlfriend who doesn't mind. Your true friends should appreciate you no matter what.

I also enjoy jeans. I can't quite explain why.
I don't it's because of anything semiotic, they just frame the buttocks very appealingly.
Or maybe it's a combination of being distinctly noticeable but attention-seekingly so and radiating a really populist vibe.
